I am a Jacksonville Beach Photographer and I photograph many family sessions. During my pre session

consultations I always want to know what they have chosen for their wardrobe. Most of the time my clients

do no know which is the best clothes and colors for their photography session.

    Depending on the location I would suggest comfortable clothing and colors that would

harmonize with the backgrounds. For an example, for beach photography sessions chose pastels and colors of

the sea. Soft blues, greens, corals are lovely and people look good wearing theses colors.

And with an awesome sunset over the ocean this would look great

    Shy away from bright reds and the popular neon colors. Also patterns are bad as well as large flower prints

and plaids. The bright colors and prints detract from seeing the faces and expression of my clients. And the

bright colors and neons can certainly clash and disrupt the harmony which is so important in portrait photography.
